If you are using SayConvo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

One Person, One Account

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits or promotions is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

You agree not to use SayConvo to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or fraudulent communications
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security
• Use AI agents to deceive recipients about the nature of the conversation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Subscription Plans

SayConvo offers tiered subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Usage & Overage

Usage limits apply based on your plan. If you exceed your plan's limits, overage charges may apply or service may be throttled until the next billing cycle.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for annual plans may be considered within 30 days of payment, subject to our refund policy.

SayConvo provides AI-powered voice and SMS communication tools. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these tools complies with all applicable regulations, including:

• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and telemarketing rules
• Do Not Call (DNC) registry requirements
• State and federal AI disclosure and robocall laws
• Carrier guidelines (A2P 10DLC) and messaging best practices

We may terminate numbers or accounts associated with unlawful or abusive messaging patterns.

Our Rights

SayConvo, including its software, branding, AI models, and content, is the property of SayConvo, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the conversations you process through the platform. You grant SayConvo a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the services.

AI-Generated Output

Outputs generated by our AI agents are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before distribution.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

• Scheduled downtime will be communicated in advance when possible
• Support is available via email and chat during business hours
• Uptime commitments apply to paid plans per our SLA

SayConvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayConvo, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
• Service interruptions or third-party provider failures

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. We may retain data as outlined in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of SayConvo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
